1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and playing on Trinity-Ragnarok Online ("the Server"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Server immediately.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Sharing or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The server administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

3. Gameplay Rules

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics is strictly prohibited. Any discovered bugs must be reported immediately.
• The use of third-party software (bots, macros, hacks, or cheats) is not allowed.
• Any form of harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior toward players or staff is forbidden.
• Account boosting, real-money trading (RMT), and item duplication are prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the Server.
• Any attempt to disrupt server operations will result in permanent suspension.

4. Real Money Trading (RMT) Policy

• RMT is allowed; however, the Game Masters (GMs) have the right to decline any transaction if it appears suspicious or fraudulent.
• The server is not responsible for any disputes, scams, or losses resulting from RMT transactions between players.

5. Server Economy and Virtual Items

• Items, characters, and in-game currency have no real-world value.
• All virtual items remain the property of the Server. Players do not fully own these items but are granted usage rights within the game.
• The server is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted items.
• Players are not allowed to sell or exchange in-game items for real money unless permitted under the RMT policy.

6. Server Rates and Adjustments

• The server reserves the right to change experience rates, drop rates, and any other game mechanics at any time for server balance and survival.
• Players will be informed of major rate changes through official announcements.

7. Donations and Refund Policy

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Donations do not grant immunity from rules or special treatment.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent donations will result in account suspension.

8. Server Availability and Maintenance

• The Server may go down for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
• No compensation will be provided for downtime, crashes, or data loss.

9. Privacy Policy

• We collect minimal personal data necessary for account creation.
• Player information will not be shared or sold to third parties.
• Chat logs and activities may be monitored for security and rule enforcement.

10. Enforcement and Penalties

• Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
• The server staff has the final decision in all disciplinary actions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The Server reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Server after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Player Market Rules

• Payout will not be given for any "quit sale" listings.
• Any sale deemed suspicious will be placed on hold pending investigation.
• There are no refunds for transactions made through the Market, including CP (Cash Point) usage.
• All Market transactions must comply with server rules and the RMT policy. Violations may result in cancellation or penalties.
